We have made available a small handy size bag of exactly the same product we supply the restaurants. Longer, thinner sticks of super dry kiln dried Beech logs. We leave these logs in the kiln even longer than our standard hard wood log product. We do this to ensure these logs are super, super dry so no heat is lost to steam and these logs pump out huge amounts of heat. This gets the pizza ovens up to high temperatures which is great for flash cooking your pizzas.
